ORN has standardized rates for most of the products and services that we deliver. You can see our rate card in rate card heading. Rates that are not included in the rate card will have to be formulated along with the client as per the nature of the work. Clients can receive the rates or quotations required by contacting us. |

The Client should inform about the status of the bidding after receiving the price quotations. |

Before starting any actual work, the price quotation will have to be approved by the client with all the authorized signatories and stamps. Terms and conditions for the particular work can also be submitted by the client. The time frame for the completion of the work should also be discussed beforehand. |

All creative works has to be submitted to ORN before the actual work begins. The creative works has to be finalized and signed by the client before submitting to us. All other production materials and endorsements like the logo, write ups should be submitted before the work is completed. |

50% of the cost should be given in advance before the work begins and 50% after the work is completed and handed over to the client. |
| 6. |
ORN will submit three separate concepts or designs for the clients approval. Final changes and copy will be given after discussion the three scratch copies with the client. |

The contact person on the client's behalf should be available to ORN for any discussion and works. |

All the cost is subjected to VAT as per Nepal Government Tax regulations.
